Use the Owner/Builder program to contract your custom home at builders’ cost.

Owner/Builder LA is a network of Financial Institutions, Suppliers, Subcontractors, Engineers, and Inspectors that assist Owner Builders throughout the entire building process while constructing their custom home. Participating Subcontractors and Suppliers offer prices to Owner/Builders at or below contractor costs. In addition to these contacts, Owner/Builder LA can secure INTERIM CONTRUCTION FINANCING. Prior to beginning your custom home our program provides you with a construction calendar specific to your custom home and a detailed budget itemizing every line item necessary throughout construction. The “Owner/Builder” program has saved individual homeowners MILLIONS of dollars since opening its doors in February of 2004.

In order to be included as one of our choice sub-contractors or suppliers, you must be licensed in your active trade (if state requires), possess current proof of insurance, and submit the online application. Being on our list enables homeowners to access you when your services are required. You will need to include references if you wish to be considered.
